All participants will receive certificate of attendance.

REGULATIONS

1. Participation in KaSUGI Team Chess Championship is open to all chess players.

2. The event will be conducted as an team event.

3. Each team may register 4 players only and with the total average rating of the team to be not more than 2100.

4. The average rating is calculated from FIDE Rating and National Rating of April 2012. For those who have no rating will be considered rating 1400 (foreigner 1700).

5. The event is played using a time control of 45 minutes per player per game played to the finish of 8 rounds.

6. A State Team can send a maximum of 6 teams per state per category, but only one (1) team eligible for free hotel stay at Olympics Sports Hotel (venue subject to final confirmation) for one (1) night [four (4) occupants per room]

7. Tie-break used are Game Point, Match Point and Buchholz.

The closing deadline for the EVENT shall be 13 July 2012 at 1700 pm.

Registration with Payment by closing date on 30 June 2012 will enjoy a 20% discount and will only be accepted at the discretion of the organizer. No 20% discount if registered AFTER 30 June 2012.
